Permanent (adjective) - lasting or expected to last a long time. Ex. The permanent marker stayed on her hands for days and days, so she learned that she must be very careful when using them.

Go Noodle Channel on YouTube – This has lots of great silly music videos for kids to help them get moving. They can follow along to the video or make up their own moves!
Activity of the Day:
Make a family bucket list – Write out all of the things that you’d like to do as a family in the next year.
